Mohan Narayanan is an acclaimed leader in the IT industry with more than 3 decades of experience helping the Indian knowledge industry grow to a global super power. His career has taken him across the world associating him with many Fortune 500 customers. In his last corporate assignment with Cognizant, he was instrumental in successfully spearheading one of the largest verticals in the organization, Healthcare and Life sciences. Prior to Cognizant, Mohan worked with Tata Burroughs, Mumbai (currently TCS) for over 10 years and with Macneill & Magor Ltd for over 4 years. Mohan holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras. He is a Charter member of TIE – Chennai and takes active interest in fostering the Entrepreneurial eco-system in Chennai. He is a core team member of IIT M Entrepreneurship Forum and have mentored many budding entrepreneurs of IIT M eco-system. He is a member of the scientific advisory board of Sciformix Corporation; a US based life sciences KPO and also sits on the board of Trigyn Technologies Ltd. He has also served as an advisor to Centre for University Industry Collaboration (CUIC), Anna University. He is currently the Chairperson of PALS (PANIIT Alumni Leadership Series) that touches lives of many engineering aspirants of the state for the last 2 years. He is the Chairperson of HR Sub-committee of SICCI (Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

Vidya Murali is a HR professional with more than two decades of intensive experience across the spectrum of Human Resource activities. In her role as consultant, she has enabled several Organizations to transform their talent strategy & adopt robust people practices in the areas of training and development, performance management, leadership development, HR design & transformation & cross cultural sensitivity. Vidya has been part of the HR Leadership team in leading multi-national Organizations, including Cognizant where she was responsible for the People Development function. She is certified in Executive Assessments from Saville & Holdsworth UK. In her corporate HR leadership role, Vidya was responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the first set of Assessment centers for the IT industry in India.
