Worked with our US partner to transform the HR function from a ‘services’ Organization to a true business partner


This involved fundamental changes to the HR structure and continuous monitoring of the HR function for over 2 years  so as to bring HR closer to the ‘business’.

The project spanned conceptualization to implementation including the creation of communication plans, change management material and identification of key HR competencies that enabled the function to move from tactical implementation to a strategic business partnership role . This resulted in a huge positive perception shift amongst the business leaders regarding the value addition of HR  and also brought about significant changes in the retention and growth of talent in the Organization.
